Fayre AI Beta Program Terms and Conditions
Welcome to the Fayre AI Beta Program! By participating in our Beta Program, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before signing up.
1. Purpose of the Beta Program
The Fayre AI Beta Program (“Beta Program”) is designed to provide participants (“Beta Explorers”) with early access to Fayre AI’s features and services for testing and feedback purposes. The goal is to gather valuable insights to improve the product before its official release.
2. Eligibility
2.1 Participation in the Beta Program is voluntary and open to individuals who are at least 18 years old.
2.2 Participants agree to provide accurate information when signing up for the Beta Program.
2.3 Fayre AI reserves the right to accept, reject, or terminate any participant’s access to the Beta Program at its sole discretion.
3. Selection Process
3.1 A total of 50 Premium accounts will be allocated to Beta participants, providing access to Premium Features for free during the Beta Program.
3.2 Premium accounts will be awarded based on a random selection process or other criteria as determined by Fayre AI. Selection is final, and no correspondence will be entered into regarding the outcome.
3.3 All other participants will still have access to standard Beta features and the opportunity to earn exclusive digital badges for their engagement and feedback.
4. Use of the Beta Service
4.1 The Beta Service is provided “as is” and “as available,” with no guarantees of performance, uptime, or functionality.
4.2 Features and services in the Beta Program may change, break, or be removed at any time without notice.
4.3 Beta Explorers agree to:
– Use the Beta Service for personal, non-commercial purposes only.
– Refrain from sharing access credentials or any proprietary information related to Fayre AI.
4.4 Fayre AI is not responsible for any loss, damage, or inconvenience caused by the use of the Beta Service.
5. Feedback and Intellectual Property
5.1 Beta Explorers are encouraged to provide feedback on the Beta Service, including reporting bugs, sharing suggestions, and providing insights.
5.2 By submitting feedback, participants grant Fayre AI a non-exclusive, perpetual, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and adapt the feedback for any purpose.
5.3 All intellectual property rights to the Beta Service and any improvements derived from feedback remain the sole property of Fayre AI.
6. Privacy and Data Collection
6.1 Fayre AI will collect and process personal data provided during signup and throughout the Beta Program in accordance with its Privacy Policy.
6.2 Data collected during the Beta Program may include usage statistics, feedback, and other information to improve the service.
6.3 By participating, Beta Explorers consent to the collection and use of this data for the purposes outlined in these Terms and the Privacy Policy.
7. No Payment or Purchase Required
7.1 Participation in the Beta Program is free. No purchase or payment is required to join or to be eligible for a Premium account.
7.2 Participants are not entitled to compensation for their feedback or participation in the Beta Program.
8. Limitation of Liability
8.1 Fayre AI is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the Beta Service.
8.2 Participation in the Beta Program is at the participant’s own risk.
9. Confidentiality
9.1 Participants may gain access to non-public information about Fayre AI during the Beta Program. Beta Explorers agree to keep such information confidential and not disclose it to third parties without prior written consent.
10. Termination of Access
10.1 Fayre AI reserves the right to terminate or restrict access to the Beta Program for any participant at any time and for any reason.
10.2 Participants may opt out of the Beta Program at any time by notifying Fayre AI in writing.
11. Changes to Terms
11.1 Fayre AI reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Participants will be notified of significant changes via email or through the Beta Service.
11.2 Continued participation in the Beta Program after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
12. Governing Law
