By creating an account or using Fayre AI, you:

The scope of these Services is subject to change, and we reserve the right to modify or discontinue any part of the Services at any time without prior notice.

 

3. User Responsibilities

When using Fayre AI, you agree to:

6. Advertising and Third-Party Services

Fayre AI integrates with third-party services, including Google AdMob, to provide advertisements. Fayre AI ensures anonymization of shared data wherever feasible to protect your privacy. However, anonymization applies specifically to data shared by Fayre AI and does not extend to independently collected data by third-party services. Users are strongly encouraged to review the privacy policies of third-party services to understand their practices fully. Paid subscribers can enjoy an ad-free experience or opt into ads through our “Support Local” feature.

Fayre AI owns all intellectual property rights related to the Services, including but not limited to software, logos, and content.

You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any part of the Services without prior written consent.

 

12. Modifications to Terms

Fayre AI reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Significant changes will be communicated through app notifications, email, or other available channels within 30 days. If you are not actively using the app during this period, we will also notify you upon your next login through a highlighted notification or pop-up to ensure visibility. Continued use of the Services after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.

 

13. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are intended to comply with applicable international laws and data protection regulations. Until Aelira Fortis is officially registered, these Terms will be governed by applicable international laws. Once registration is complete, the laws of the Isle of Man will explicitly apply.

Any disputes shall be resolved through negotiation. If unresolved, disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in the Isle of Man.

 

14. Termination

Fayre AI reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Services for violations of these Terms or other applicable policies.

Upon termination, your right to use the Services ceases immediately.
